Retreat with your Person

You still love each other. You still like each other, mostly. You often feel like roommates occupying the same space, passing in the halls, chatting briefly about the other beings that live (or don't live) in your space. Perhaps, you said "I Do" before realizing what that meant and now you are trying to hold up your end of the bargain. Let me join you two for a brief retreat. I will help you identify and address trauma that has occurred before and during your relationship. I will guide you in creating effective, empathetic, respectful and honest ways of dialoguing. I will coach you as you learn to build and exhibit empathy for your partner as you discuss what is next for you individually and as a couple. Many couples wait until they almost have two feet out the door before they contact me. How about you do the preventative work that will make a lasting impact and give you tools to last a lifetime.
